Caster Social Agents is the standalone Caster OS route for the existing /admin/social-agents console plus the protected Farcaster and X social-agent APIs. It gives operators a clean entry point for capability maps, social engagement governor policy, review queues, webhooks, planner and enrichment jobs, mini app links, FID lookup, evidence-bound X copy, and action safety. This fallback is live for navigation and verification while full Next runtime, internal authorization, signer custody, Hypersnap reads, X credentials, queue writes, social posting, QStorage, event-log, rollback, and production datastore mutation stay blocked_external.
